Meet Connie Fanders

Connie Fanders has devoted her entire career to the sewing industry, bringing decades of experience and insight to sewists at every skill level. She began her professional journey as a BERNINA Dealer and later held several leadership roles at BERNINA of America, including District Sales Manager, Director of Education and Training, and Manager of BERNINA Embroidery Products.

Connie played a key role in the development of the BERNINA 990 and was a member of the B 990 testing team for BERNINA International, contributing real-world expertise to the machine’s design and functionality. Today, she travels throughout the United States teaching sewing, quilting, and embroidery, sharing practical tips and techniques using BERNINA products.

Known for her clear and approachable teaching style, Connie specialises in breaking down advanced features into easy-to-understand concepts, helping sewists fully understand how their machines work and how to use them to their fullest potential.
